GIS-based analysis of Punjab's corridors of growth, for PwC.

PwC engaged Antef as its supplier on a state-wide GIS-based analysis of corridors of growth across Punjab — suitability analysis on a defined parameter set, delivered at 2 km mapping accuracy under a formal review-and-revise cycle.

Context

Identifying corridors of growth across an entire state requires turning a suitability-analysis methodology into reproducible spatial output: every parcel scored against the same parameters, the high-scoring zones synthesised into defensible corridors. PwC needed a geospatial build partner who could carry that out across Punjab and hand the methodology back in a form their consultants could defend in client review.

What we built

A state-wide suitability analysis configured to the engagement's predefined parameter set. Layers normalised, scored and combined; high-scoring contiguous zones surfaced as corridors of growth; output mapped at 2 km accuracy with the methodology documented end-to-end. Delivered formally as supplier under PwC's engagement structure — named Project Director and Project Manager, Steering-Committee attendance and a revised submission incorporating PwC's review comments.
