We don't hire juniors as a billable resource. If you're early-career, we'd rather invest a year in you than rent your time to clients.

Remote-friendly, India-centred.
Our engineering team works from a mix of home and Fazilka. We expect overlap with IST work hours; we're flexible about everything else.

Ownership over scale.
Every engineer ships features end-to-end and stays in the loop with the customer. No tickets-from-PM-to-engineer rituals.
