Office of the Traffic Advisor, Government of Punjab · Government / road safety · 2021–present

A statewide road-safety GIS that survived three procurement cycles.

A long-running engagement supporting Punjab's road-safety apparatus with the spatial data infrastructure that makes interventions defensible.

Context

The Office of the Traffic Advisor needed a GIS backbone for everything from black-spot analysis to district-level safety reporting. The team's appetite for printed forms and ad-hoc spreadsheets was, understandably, exhausted.

What we built

A multi-year platform combining Geodit-driven field collection, a PostGIS-backed analytical layer, and a public-facing dashboard for the office's stakeholders. Iterative build — new modules added on the team's tempo, not a delivery agency's.

Outcome

The system now underpins black-spot identification, intervention planning and reporting across Punjab. Zero downtime in three years of operations.

Antef revolutionizes surveying with an innovative GIS-powered platform. No more form printing or manual data compilation. Streamlines the survey process, saving valuable resources and enhancing efficiency.
